India is scheduled to take part in the Summer Olympics 2012 to be held in London from July 27 to 12 August 2012. The Government of India planing to spend over Rs 2500 million in preparing for the games. Mr. Ajit Pal Singh has been named the chef de mission of the Indian contingent by the Indian Olympic Association (IOA).
